We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. This includes:

We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics. If this changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be provided.

6. Third-Party Services
Our contact form uses EmailJS to transmit messages. EmailJS processes your submitted data (name, email, subject, message) to deliver the email to us. EmailJS is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not store form submissions on any server beyond what is transmitted through email.
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process request metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of providing DNS, CDN, and security services. This is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction - request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure - request deletion of your personal data.
- Objection - object to certain types of processing.
- Portability - request your data in a portable format (EU/UK).
- Opt-out of sale - we do not sell personal data; this right is not applicable.

ByteHiveBB operates globally and serves clients across Barbados, Latin America, the United States, the United Kingdom, Asia, and beyond. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure your data is protected.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
